What commission does 3% Real Estate charge?

Our commission starts at 3% + VAT of the sale price, with a minimum of €4,500 + VAT, which applies to sales below €150,000. In the Portuguese property market the usual commission is between 5% and 6% + VAT. It is one of the most competitive and lowest commissions on the market for the quality of service provided.

How much do I save compared with the usual commission?

On a property sold for €300,000, a 3% + VAT commission comes to €11,070. At the 5% + VAT usual among the large agency networks it would be €18,450 — €7,380 more.

Does a lower commission mean less service?

No. Every property gets its own marketing strategy, a market study to set the right price and timing, personalised advice, and legal and tax support at every stage of the process. That is what we mean by “more service, less commission”.

Is 3% Real Estate a licensed agency?
